  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
  • Returns must be shipped to the address provided, and the shipping cost for the return is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled if the request is made before the item has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and you must follow the return process.
